After a long and distinguished career as a physician, journal editor & published science writer, Dr Jeff Schnader retains the required skills for authentic clinical medical description. These skills are an asset in his role as a writing coach for authentic & accurate medical fiction scenes.
He is a resource for other writers who may wish to create fictional scenes involving disease, including critical illness & chronic medical disorders. He is able to teach others how to construct realistic scenes in ambulances, hospitals, sickbeds & intensive care units. He is also adept at coaching authors on how to depict sick & dying characters and how to write believable medical dialog with authentic use of medical jargon & vocabulary.
This year, he is invited to convene a session at the 19th Annual James River Writers Conference (2021) on:
"Writing Fictional Medical Scenes."
Sign up for the conference and meet him there
or send him a scene to review
CONTACT him to set up a consultation concerning authentic medical scene writing for novels or television & film scripts
